 Sunday, August 9th from 12pm to 7pm. This is a Memphis Barbeque Network Sanctioned Rib Cook Off to be held at The Rock
Financial Showplace Novi and will feature dozens of contestants cooking their way to be one of four teams that will share a
$3,000 prize purse. In addition, the first place team will receive the opportunity to compete in the "Memphis in May" World Championship Barbeque Contest in 2010.
The event will also feature Live Entertainment, Kids play area with inflatables, a petting farm and other fun activities. Food tasting from Novi's finest restaurants will be available in the "Taste of West Oakland" exhibit area.
Tickets are $5 each and children under 5 are free.
On that same date Rock Financial Showplace is also hosting the
"Mustang Memories
All Ford Car Show"
featuring over 500 vehicles on display in the east parking lot of the facility.
